If you've never heard the Great Sam Francis neologism anarcho-tyranny, well, you're living in it.
It is at work when actual crime against person and property either goes unsolved, or their perpetrators are given the lightest of reprimands. It is on regular display in Washington, D.C., and in all the blue cities.
Meanwhile, things that aren't really crimes at all, or that are of less import than crimes these cities more or less ignore, are ferociously punished.
We observe this playing out before our eyes in the headlines every single day. Examples would be superfluous.
Because of the role of George Soros in influencing this approach to crime, people sometimes refer to "Soros DA's." Ron DeSantis made just such a reference the other day on Twitter.
But wait a minute, dear reader. You are not allowed to use this term. Why? Because George Soros is Jewish. So we're being told it's anti-Semitic to criticize him.
According to a 2016 Politico article, though, "The billionaire financier has channeled more than $3 million into seven local district-attorney campaigns in six states over the past year — a sum that exceeds the total spent on the 2016 presidential campaign by all but a handful of rival super-donors."
So you'd think we'd be allowed to point this out, since facts are facts.
Wrong, you anti-Semite.
That article also pointed out that Soros had spent money on district-attorney campaigns in half a dozen states via state-level super PACs as well as a national "527" that is allowed to raise unlimited funds from numerous sources. Each of these groups has as its name a variant of "Safety and Justice," though Soros and his followers intend to supply neither. Most of the money for these organizations came from Soros directly.
Courtesy of Capital Research Center, here's a recent listing of some of the most significant Soros DA's:

So yes, the phenomenon is real, no, it isn't an "anti-Semitic" smear, and you're darn right we should be talking about it.
And it also reminds us that overlooking races like these could be a mistake. Democrats certainly appreciate their importance: Andrea Dew Steele, president of Emerge America, a Democratic women's group, notes that "the prosecutor exercises the greatest discretion and power in the system. It is so important."
I remember speaking to a room filled with 100 sheriffs at the invitation of my friend Sheriff Richard Mack, probably a dozen years ago or more. Sheriff Mack always emphasized the overlooked importance of a good sheriff and what he could do (and what he could prevent others from doing).
The D.A. issue is becoming just as important.

"The Cube of Space is an occult concept that was invented by the prominent occultist Paul
Foster Case. The Cube of Space associates the three axes of the cube, the center point of the
cube, the six sides of the cube, and the twelve edges of the cube, with the 22 letters of the
hebrew alphabet. The Cube of Space is based upon two verses in the proto-kabbala text called the Sepher Yetzirah.

Today, we're diving deep into the findings of the Select Committee on the Coronavirus Pandemic report, a moderately comprehensive document that sheds light on the origins, missteps, and long-term implications of the pandemic response. While we find much to discuss—and critique—within its pages, this report is another crucial entry into the growing library of work highlighting the urgent need for accountability and reform.
Together, we'll explore its insights and use them to advocate for a future where overreach, mismanagement, and infringements on our fundamental rights are not tolerated. This conversation is vital to ensuring that the lessons of the past guide us toward a more just and resilient tomorrow.

No matter how bad you think Covid policies were, they were intended to be worse.
Consider the vaccine passports alone. Six cities were locked down to include only the vaccinated in public indoor places. They were New York City, Boston, Chicago, New Orleans, Washington, D.C., and Seattle. The plan was to enforce this with a vaccine passport. It broke. Once the news leaked that the shot didn’t stop infection or transmission, the planners lost public support and the scheme collapsed.
It was undoubtedly planned to be permanent and nationwide if not worldwide. Instead, the scheme had to be dialed back.
Features of the CDC’s edicts did incredible damage. It imposed the rent moratorium. It decreed the ridiculous “six feet of distance” and mask mandates. It forced Plexiglas as the interface for commercial transactions. It implied that mail-in balloting must be the norm, which probably flipped the election. It delayed the reopening as long as possible. It was sadistic.
Even with all that, worse was planned. On July 26, 2020, with the ...
Congressmen Scalise and Comer, Members of the Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, Ladies and Gentlemen.

I appreciate the non-partisan approach the Subcommittee is taking today. Clearly, science in the last few years, but especially on topics related to the COVID pandemic, has been coopted by geopolitics. Thus, I am here, not as a mouthpiece for any political party, but as an American scientist.
I dedicate my testimony today to the more ...
