The yod is a flame aloft in the air. Phonetic flame letters when spoken through the power of sympathetic vibratory resonance = STEEM POWER.

Steem, also extyme means "account, value, worth," from French estime, from estimer Meaning "high regard" is from 1610s. esteem mid-15c., from Old French estimer "to estimate, determine" (14c.), from Latin aestimare "to value, determine the value of, appraise," perhaps ultimately from *ais-temos "one who cuts copper," i.e. mints money (but de Vaan finds this "not very credible" ). At first used as we would now use estimate; sense of "value, respect" is 1530s.
Your ESTEEM is your VALUE, YOUR WORTH or APPRAISAL, your UP RAISAL of YOUR OWN INTERNAL PRIZE, your eternal APPRECIATING VALUE, from Late Latin appretiare "value, estimate," from ad "to" (see ad-) + pretium "price". Original English spelling apprize (UPRISE) altered by influence of praise. A reward or reword that YOU GENERATE FROM WITHIN via your gifts, skills and talents, which culminates in the PRICE which is the PRIZE of your COMPLETED WORKS AND YOUR CREATIONS, as these terms are all etymological cognates, with the root phoneme "per-" the same Proto Indo European root as PRECIOUS!
So we're talking about the internal and external PRIZE of STEEM or ESTEEM, to be praised and appraised and upraised by one's Great Works.
